Leviticus 23: 33-44
Simplify the Scriptures for your young children
•The Most High told Moses to tell the children of Israel the day, the month and how long to Keep the feast of Tabernacles
• On the first day you must have a Holy convocation (holy gathering). There is also no working, buying or selling. Same for the last day. This means they are sabbaths.
• It’s a feast so cooking is allowed.
• Offerings and sacrifices no longer applies today because Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice for his people.
•The Lord commands Israel to dwell in booths for 7 days
•We are to observe these days throughout our generations.
•Feast of Tabernacles Celebrates our deliverance from Egypt and our journey into the wilderness where our Forefathers/Foremothers dwelled in booths for forty years.

There are so many kinds of leaves, so it’s really fun to take advantage of all those shapes and textures.
